EXIM is for mail and wouldn't effect your site. SQL is showing as offline but is not really. We've changed it so the monitoring scripts can not access it. In your account panel does it say your upgrade to intermediate PHP has been completed? -Corey

I checked our firewall also, you are not blocked by that... I am not sure why you can't get to it. It is up and working. -Corey

You'll have to find where it's trying to set the memory limit to 128MB and modify it. That is a ridiculous amount for a script to use. -Corey

I'm not sure what to tell you, I looked at logs for earlier in the month when the account was suspended. The only thing in the access logs are some hits that were redirected to the suspension page. The account was suspended for 20 days, again we have scripts that run once per day to verify...

The site works for me, I do see the database error. That generally means there is a problem with the config file that stores your database settings, or the database and user were not setup correctly. -Corey

FTP can't be used anonymously. You can FTP files to your site but people can only download them via HTTP (Website). -Corey
