My site has been up for a few weeks and it already has about 35 indexed pages but my page rank is "Not yet assigned" for all of my pages. :frown:

You can use phpmyadmin or a similar tool to do a sql dump of your entire database or the tables that you want, then you can open up PhpMyAdmin in Cpanel and run the sql dump as a sql query, which will put your data into the database which you have selected.
I would say that phpbb3 and SMF are the better free forum software packages. Are you talking about forum software packages which you have to pay for or free forum software packages?
I personally prefer SMF because of the package management system.
I would suggest that you use a forum or similar system and integrate it with your website. Thats probably the easiet thing to do, and SMF for example has many different ways of integrating a website into its system.
What application? You don't have an application for moderator. It was probably removed in one of the application clean-ups.
