it might be to do with the servers. What i suggest is to clear your cache and flush your dns. as well as check the permissions on the cpanel. Try logging in to it from here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php after that make sure on world or all it says read.

maybe you can try clearing cookies and history during on the forums. Takes not even that long and it might help. On Mozzilla there is a addon that will make a toolbar with a button that will quickly do it for you...
