I can't check on the server because I get the error: I click on the file in cPanel and click "download" or I go into backup manager and click backup -> home directory -> home directory.

Something is wrong. I do not know what. When I backed up my site using cPanel the backups are corrupt. When I put all my files in an archive and download them it sends them corrupt. When I download an individual file it sends it fine.
