Go to cPanel (Link can be found in Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control)
Click on MYSQL databases option in cPanel. There you can create databases and mysql users
Your domain is pointed to following name servers
nserver: ns51.1and1.com 74.208.2.8
nserver: ns52.1and1.com 74.208.3.7
Change the name servers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
