I have a similar problem but I haven't even received the confirmation email. And I'm also seeing the letter 'j' on all the help pages.

Right now, all other support pages are coming up as blank pages containing the letter 'j'.

This is my first time accessing the site. And this might be more appropriate for the support ticket section, but it seems to be locked. (possibly ironically, pending confirmation?) My confirmation email hasn't been received. I signed up hours ago. I clicked "resend confirmation" multiple times...
