Help! Confirmation Email not received

This is my first time accessing the site. And this might be more appropriate for the support ticket section, but it seems to be locked. (possibly ironically, pending confirmation?)

My confirmation email hasn't been received. I signed up hours ago. I clicked "resend confirmation" multiple times to no avail, despite the message saying that it was sent successfully.

Right now, all other support pages are coming up as blank pages containing the letter 'j'.

Make sure you checked spam folder. Sometimes confirmation email arrive in spam/junk folder.
