As of now, all free hosting can't upload ssl certficate and install to server. Other way to used ssl certificate via cloudflare.

Check your disk space available first. Temporary space available must be greater than the total of your wordpress installation. And since this generated file export will greater than 10 megabytes it will deleted automatically by the system after some time.

Nice your only problem is webmail only? What cpanel theme are you using. All my mail communication are handle by a remote mail service offered by google. Still i cant access via cpanel button and direct link to cpanel

His current provider is on sale its $ 5.99 shared hosting for free in a month so it load faster for a fee. I take a look on their free tier and its only 1000mb disk space. I just look on a hosting check site where he currently host his site.

The requirement that x10hosting to prevent inactivity is to login in https://x10hosting.com/sso/login. That's all you need. If your site is working properly then it's okay for now. The problem here is if you want to do something that it will require you to use cpanel.

You can, as long you can comply on CDN installation of your choice and it doesn't interfere with x10hosting terms and conditionss.
