I can see your site. Remember that it takes time (up to 48 hrs) for the information in the A record to propagate (unevenly) through the Web. Try flushing your DNS to see if that speeds it up for you.

Your site loads fine for me just using the domain. Try clearing your browser cache and history, close the browser, and then open it again to see if it helps.

What are the nameservers for your site? http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/shaunak.ws shows that they are not on the same domain. Note the missing "."
