Nope! :) I did it legally. The thing is, in January they released an update which gives you 5 new apps for $20. Now, they release the 2.0 update for $10 which includes the January update and the current update. I bought the first one in January then I bought the second one yesterday and talked...

That's C++ :) You can check the server status at http://x10portal.uni.cc/serverstatus.php They are clearing out all of the suspended accounts so soon the servers will be a lot better.
