When one user is registered on one cms hen you can send two queries to make the users in other cms database too. In this way same user will be created in both cms databases.

If you purchase the premium hosting then you will be moved to premium servers which has better support and less downtime as compared to free servers.

Are you suspended for nulled scripts. or suspended for high resource usage? If it is nulled scripts then it is zero tolerance policy so you account remains suspended. If it high resource usage and it is first or second resource usage you can unsuspend yourself in account panel if it third...
