Keeping in mind of course that when you've been permanently suspended for a proxy in your Proxy subfolder, they lose the ability to migrate your account to paid. Proxies aren't allowed on x10hosting's free or paid shared services. And yes, you were just permanently suspended for a proxy.

Earlier I had done a double-check for another user whose chatbox used flat-files. Those are fine since they don't hog mysql (they might still trip the High Resource Usage scripts, but it won't kill mysql). That same double-check indicated the ones using mysql result in a permanent suspension...

Got it fixed, took a few minutes for everything to sort. You will need to go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php , login, and change your password for your hosting account for it to finish fixing itself. The site's loading again in the meantime.

Unsuspending shortly, give it a few moments to take. I got a clarification on the TOS wording, the ones using MySQL aren't allowed - yours is using flat-files (no database) and should be fine actually.

Closing this, user got updated in a free hosting ticket. Under most normal suspensions he would've been able to get a second chance, however he uploaded a proxy to his account, and that's a Zero Tolerance suspension reason.

Not sure if you're using a translator, but trying to run a torrent tracker violates quite a bit of the TOS - there's legitimate reasons to run a tracker, but you don't do it on a server with 8,000 other users. It'll stay permanently suspended.
