I don't think it will happen unless Microsoft tries forever pestering about it. Even then I am sure they would say, "No thank you." I think Microsoft would take everything Yahoo had and turn it into cr•p. (IMO) Windows and Yahoo don't seem to "click" in my mind.

I also suggest Firefox's WebDeveloper Toolbar Addon. (I hope that is the name) It tells you if a page has errors or not.
