I assume it occurs when there are a lot of requests coming in which results in the connection part of the script exceeding the connection limit. Can you check the bandwidth log to see if someone was attacking your site?

That would be a yes then. ;) This issue seems interesting based on the information gathered so far. A member of staff should be able to hunt down the issue as they have access to pretty much anyone's account.

Your .htaccess was causing part of the 403's on purpose since you was disallowing ALL IP's. With that out of the way like @leafypiggy said, the only problem you have now is the scripting errors.

Does CPanel display your disk quota lower than the limit?

I'm not sure if that was allowed but again, you had to find a way of getting such access. :p

Whaaaaaahhh. I see permission errors and such. Maybe what you're trying to use is attempting to create something large?

I'm very aware of that however, staff members can do the same thing from the looks of it (no where on their account says that they're admin). I assume the admin has some additional privileges. When it comes to webhosting, you don't need to be admin to do server-side tasks or moderate a forum.

It works just fine, no such error.
