If you are using sitegenwiz inbuilt file uploading utility then in place of webfolder you have to give /public_html In place of server ftp.yourdomainname.com Ex:- domain names means like aardys.x10hosting.com like that.... What ever you given when you registered the hosting account.

To access the ftp of your domain Then url --> ftp.yourdomain.com username --> your_cpanel username password --> your cpanel_password I recommend the Filezilla FTP client It is free.

Can you confirm the file existence with legacy file manager. Means Open legacy file manager and check the file is there or not? If there try to delete it. And post here. One more thing Clear your browser cache and try to open file manager.
