Realistically they wouldn't grant it. Would an FTP client use the same path? Otherwise I will have to continue through the use of a VPN in that case.

So on my current network I cannot reach my cpanel server on xo7.x10hosting.com:2083, I think it's because port 2083 is blocked on my university network. I heard that https://cpanel.x07.. could work, but again fails. How can I access the cpanel? Thanks
