I was wondering the same exact thing as Dead-i. Can you try using FTP rather than SFTP and see if that works?

WordPress is just the CMS, not the server. The server name is located in CPanel, it is named as 'xo[SERVER NUMBER]', giving out the server name would help track down where the issue is coming from.

I was thinking about changing the permissions for your site folder but because of the other error you've got, I'm not sure.

Looks like it maybe is occurring to "random" sites or possibly newer account's (looking at the "new member" tags).

When you say "cellpad", I assume that you're using tables to create the layout which is not recommended at all. Using viewport with your site doesn't look like something that should be done with your current style. It needs to be more optimised for the 'zoom-lock'.

According to @Dead-i, he has applied a fix to xo2 & 3 but not 1 which means xo1 could be the one suffering with this issue.

I would check and retype your password into your FTP configuration to see if it still goes on.

You can make this work with a button by using an AJAX GET request within a function and make a 'random quote' button that executes that function. That way, you don't need to refresh every time and it would really be awesome. :)

Mine seems to work fine and is on Xo2 (looks like it had a little swap from Xo3). I would suggest you guys to post the server used for your sites.

By 'every server', you mean domains? Talking about servers, this may or may not be useful but what server are you on?

Are you able to connect via FTP? If so then what error are you getting when you attempt to upload a file/folder?
