    unsuspension of account

Proxies are clearly stated as forbidden in the TOS. Uploading one just got your account permanently suspended in line with x10hosting's Zero Tolerance policy.

    Suspension Removal

Before this gets any more off topic we'll escalate it to staff for further review. Keep in mind obviously it may very well remain under suspension, but that's up to them to decide. Follow the link way at the top that'll appear in an orangeish box to go to the support area to view the ticket.

    Had A Question

Copyright means the legal owner of the movie. In the case of your site though, it's gunna be a bit before you'd have to worry: "violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. details: nulled scripts are prohibited on x10hosting's servers." <-- thats...

    Had A Question

If you own the copyrights to the movies (as in you're the publisher and distributer) only. If you aren't, your site runs the very high likelyhood of being permanently suspended. There's been more than a few that've popped up that have been taken down.

    Had A Question

More than likely not, if the movie download links you're referring to would be to illegal copies of the movies or videos that are in violation of copyright (such as illegal downloads of Mythbusters episodes). That falls under the Warez: No links, Copyright Infringement, and a few other areas of...

    Account suspension

Safe is one thing, in clear violation of US Copyright Laws is another. Thats why they're not allowed - x10 is in the USA and thus has to abide by the law.

    All The Suspensions..

Aborting my testing cuase there are quite a few of the plugins that I've gone across so far that aren't tested (ensured compatible with) the latest WP - that could very well be the issue. One for sure was Configurable Tag Cloud; I'd go through the list and see which ones aren't "up to latest"...

    All The Suspensions..

Not worried about "safe" that much to be honest, anything that breaks is fixable in a decent hurry on paid :)

    All The Suspensions..

Oh I'm sure I can fix that. Basically just repeatedly-insert all the data I already have in there like 200 times. XD Edit: Good point though, it may always fail if it gets absolutely huge :(

    All The Suspensions..

IF it wasn't for the part about the # of viewers, I'dve already installed all the plugins you had and tested it on my own paid account (which is an /old/ paid 5.95 plan mind you, but the resource limits are the same). The issue is I'm pretty much the only viewer who actually views the site, so...

    All The Suspensions..

What was my other remark? I went back in my post history but the only one I can find was askign what the active plugins were; as far as I know all the plugins execute under one php process - the one loading the pages. That said I know it's limited to 10 on paid and 20 on free, but with the...

    Starka Down

I had checked it too; it was down for the first request I tried, then it came right back up, so he wasn't seeing things. It just reset itself in a hurry or something :)

    All The Suspensions..

Depending on what is going sideways and using up too much, it's possible you could. That said, paid's got higher limits: * May not use more than 50% of available CPU resources for more than 120 seconds at a time. * May not use more than 50% of available CPU resources for more than 5...

    Suspension

It's in the TOS, and it's listed in the Zero Tolerance policy - your account will be terminated after 10 days, no backups can be given. Just as a reminder, ALWAYS read the TOS. Always. It's right in there that proxies aren't allowed: Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on...

Suggestion: Email Notifications Before/After Account Suspensions

Ah yeah I forgot about that reason too; that's one that should get emails too cause it's one that's easily fixed.

Suggestion: Email Notifications Before/After Account Suspensions

Right now the only one they send emails on is Inactivity; honestly that's also about the only one that -should- be getting warning emails sent. Pretty much anything else goes to Zero Tolerance Policy suspensions, so why send an email saying "Oh you got suspended for Warez" when there's nothing...

    how to upgrade to V2?

Not being a nay-say but I don't think he can install MU even though it'd be allowed: He can't get to that because that's in the server config.

    Account again suspended???

Zero Tolerance Policy; this counts as Warez according to TOS: Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material. As such the account has...

    troubles

For #2, x10 doesn't -have- a server cache. What you're likely seeing is your browsers cache, which isn't something x10 can clear since it's on your home system.

ca we use rapidleech script for own use in free hosting

And just to make it a notch more clear: File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech. Please go read the TOS again: http://x10hosting.com/tos.php The...
