If you own the copyrights to the movies (as in you're the publisher and distributer) only. If you aren't, your site runs the very high likelyhood of being permanently suspended. There's been more than a few that've popped up that have been taken down.

Safe is one thing, in clear violation of US Copyright Laws is another. Thats why they're not allowed - x10 is in the USA and thus has to abide by the law.

For #2, x10 doesn't -have- a server cache. What you're likely seeing is your browsers cache, which isn't something x10 can clear since it's on your home system.
