What are the active plugins? I don't think it's a server issue either though - compared to the number of accounts actually out there, there are -not- that many suspensions for HRU coming through.

Easy fix - don't put Rapidleech on your account and don't host chat-scripts. Both are disallowed in the TOS and you just got suspended permanently for violation of the Zero Tolerance policy.

So do what I do - find some deserving helpers who are also helping users and rep them too :) That's the eventual solution; there's nothing saying the one giving the rep has to be the one who was actually helped.

This would fall under the zero tolerance policy, which prevents your account from being unsuspended for any reason. There's no way to get it unsuspended when that's right out in the TOS that it's not allowed.

My guess is apache is either resetting itself, or someone was abusing the resources on the server and it was taking a bit for their account to get suspended. Given that your site is loading okay here now, I'm betting it wasn't your site causing the problem :)

FYI, the emulator in question supports the Wiimote - there's hacks available to have the Wiimote work with a pc as a pointer, and apparently the emu has gone the extra step and can read -everything- on it. That's also part of the reason I think Nintendo'll ****-can it soon enough - its close...
