Very bad hosting! Very BAD support!

Stoli more often is dead! Support does not try to correct a problem and tells that all well!! You are going to work and correct problems?

Stoli is having some problems. If you would check on http://status.x10hosting.com/ it says

SATURDAY, MAY 1
HTTP on Stoli18 minutes ago
We are investigating reports of issues with the HTTP server on our free hosting server Stoli.

The staff is currently resolving the issue.

The problems started 12 hours ago.

The UPDATE was only posted 18 minutes ago - there does still have to be -some- time to get a hold of the admins and for there to be enough reports that it's worth looking into.

That last part is the key; quite often the site being down is not due to a server issue, but there's been enough reports we've gotten in touch with the admins and they're doing some further investigation. My guess is they've actually been looking longer than when the update was posted, but they hadn't posted to say they were looking into it yet.

I was experiencing issues connecting my site as well. Now when I tried viewing the site - I get a "Warning! This copy of website builder is licensed for another domain." Sites been loading w/o any issues ever since I started - but have no idea what the error means. And all my pages & data have been erased from the site. I cannot log-in to my website builder admin panel.

It is always best to start your own threads when requesting free hosting support even if your issue seems very similar to the issue described in another thread. This helps to avoid any possible confusion and your support request can be addressed in a more efficient manner.

As Derek and Livewire have noted, staff are aware of these issues and are currently working to correct the problems. All of this is very inconvenient and frustrating to affected users, but it being taken of and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
