I believe that there is a way to "revive" the account, rather than terminate/signup. The files are still gone, but for those who already have an account, it is a way around the country block.

It is a known issue. But there are other issues with a higher priority at the moment.

Did you recently change your domain name? Can you access your account via cPanel or FTP and see your files?

After your account had been suspended for 14 days, it would have been deleted. No backups.

There is no Free Hosting account linked to this Forum account. How long has it been since you saw your site working? When was it suspended? If an account is suspended, it will be deleted 14 days (sometimes longer) after the suspension if the suspension is not lifted.
