Remote connection to MySQL in X10

Please, could you tell me, How a need to configure the MySQL admin consol in my PC to remote connection to a Database in my X10 hosting???

This is because I don't know what I need to write in the SERVER HOST address to point to DB in X10.

Remote access to the free hosting MySQL database servers is not allowed. No exceptions.
