The free hosting servers are very heavily loaded with accounts and there will be occasions when the servers are slow or even temporarily unresponsive. These problems are usually corrected quickly. Additionally some work is currently being done on Boru. It is not possible to change servers.

Boru is one of the servers that is being worked on Status . So you are very likely experiencing a temporary issue that will be resolved soon.

Your account was unsuspended about 10 hours ago and then was automatically suspended again an hour later for high system resource usage. Did you get a chance to look at things during the unsuspended period? If not, I will try to unsuspend it again.
