I've done some research for your problem and found that everybody here has written the name server as "ns1.x10hosting.com" but you have written it in block letters "NS1.X10HOSTING.COM". I dunno whether this may create a problem or not but at least you should try it.

Most host's have nearly similar TOS. And since your previous host has suspended you then something is wrong with this sites. And I'm pretty sure x10hosting also will try to keep site hosted on him neat and clean. So in my opinion it is not safe to link to such sites.
