Well, the IP traces to the same area as yours. And please define "hacked". What did he do? By "site", do you mean cPanel or your site software? What software? Lots of scripts have IP blocking, but I don't know how well it works with CloudFlare. Same with .htaccess use and CloudFlare.

My check shows the DNS nameservers are still set to ns65.domaincontrol.com etc which is GoDaddy and that they are not pointing to your site. Use your GoDaddy account to set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com Then it will take 24-48 hrs for the updates to propagate...

Sometimes the system needs an additional kick. Your site is loading fine now. Please remember to clear your browser cache and history before checking on your site again.

Are you saying that you log onto cPanel click on the PHPMyAdmin icon and it asks for username/password?

Maybe ask them? Maybe the way you create the page with enconded javascript? Maybe the fact that it does request something from google? Maybe because of the iframe? Maybe because the user can request different games (even though they are apparently on your site).

x10hosting has no control over what other hosts do. If the owner of the site moves to another host, I suggest that you contact them.

The Free Hosting Accounts only support html and php. No other language is supported. The paid services do support ASP.NET, but that is via MONO.
