I've moved stuff from localhost to x10hosting so many times I could do it blindfolded. It isn't hard; if something needs a new database host/password and whatnot, CHANGE THE CONFIG. Problem solved.

Try taking out the home/litshin/public_html of BOTH your http and publishing addresses - public_html contains what you would see when going to liteshine.x10hosting.com, so it's not required there. Not 100% that will fix it but I know it's not right.

Unless it's a false suspension, which there haven't been many of (if any). It's possible to get it undone if it is in error, but in pretty much every case I've seen the re-review of the account finds nulled/warez, and the account goes away permanently. Just wanted to clarify that; it may not...

Yup something's definitely off then; I'm not even getting a response to say what ip he's actually on. Escalate button is broken though, so I guess it's just hanging tight until either that button gets re-added on vB4 or until staff sees it. Should've thought to do a whois first, my bad.
