To check why you were suspended, Login to Account Panel and then go to hosting menu --> suspensions. If you were suspended for Inactivity, Exceeding Cron Job Limit, Resource Usage 1st Warning, or Resource Usage 2nd Warning, you can manually unsuspend yourself there

Make sure that you refer your "legal team" to the TOS which you agreed to when you signed up. All of this is covered there.

I cannot give you any ETA but I can tell you that these types of issues are usually resolved very quickly by staff. Try to be patient.
