I tried it several different times, clearing browser cache between attempts. The results of that were predictable. Sometimes the site loads very quickly and other times it loads very slowly. This is to be expected on the free servers. My web site has the same issue with varying load times...

Horde and Round Cube are not working at the present time even though the icons are displayed in cPanel. They should be restored soon but in the meantime you will have to use SquirrelMail.

I am no expert on asp it appears to me that there is a blank index.html / index.php / default.aspx file in your public_html directory. Try putting one of the mentioned files (with some kind of content) in the public_html directory and see what happens.
