    Exporting a c++ program in MS visual c++

    This is so enoying, I make a program with c++, debug it, works fine. but when I try the .exe* on another pc, it dont work , something about aplication configuration. Is there a way to export a working compiled c++ aplication without it screwing up? *- located in /project/debug/

    Im trying to make a uploading service thing, where users can see there own folders (User_Uploads/User/) and download/upload stuff to/from them. Is it possible to download a file in the directry '/home/*username*/User_uploads/' with php?
