Avast is great, but I use AVG 8 because I have tons of cpu power to spare.

To delete the folder you must rename it first. I renamed it under 7-zip because windows won't do it. After naming it "ifthisdoesntworkiwillkillgreetingwithanaxe" I simply deleted the folder. Voila. Whatever you do don't make this folder unless you have 7-zip to rename it. Windows just doesn't...
