Well if you are short for cash and you only want a simple (but better than Notepad++) HTML editor I suggest you look for a free-ware one. There are a lot of completely free editors on the web that can be used for basic HTML editing... I suggest: Open Office or NVU Or just get the trial...

Even though I find that (as a future profesional game designer/developer) you should not be "stealing" other companies programs and files with turrents, etc. But because many things (like Flash, Photoshop, etc.) are to pricy to buy, I use P2P. I also like to watch Heroes episodes on my PSP...
