1. i like the layout, background etc, header image is bad that weird lightning bolt thing sucks, id change that and make sure it fits your colour scheme. flash things are low resolution/quality and look out of place. 5/10 and 4/10 2. i prefer this site to the first one, even the header...

im afraid i dont like either site :-( the first one the blues are too vibrant and harsh, the dog looks weird and is behind a bar? second site, blues and reds dont mix, gradients are awful. sorry.
