For the server why reinvent the wheel? There is a generic MMORPG server out there that is OSS called mangos(can be found on SF). You need a team to write the client, another to make the worlds, and finally one to write the game content which is stored in SQL databases.

much easier way and also one that can be reversed fairly quickly is to use a php file make a index.php file and put this small 1 line in it and change <url>/<your folder> to well.. your url and the folder you want it to redirect to. <php header( "Location: <your url>/<your folder>" ); ?>...

For FireFox I use Ad Block Plus, DownThemAll, FoxyProxy, ColorfulTabs, Download StatusBar, and GreaseMonkey(with a XKCD and Wikipedia script) and now I wait for Chrome to have those :3

Use a ad service, I use Google Adsense only problem with it is users HAVE to click your ads in order for you to get money, how much you get per a click depends on the ad, i have some ads that are like 30cents to 60cents per a ad, and then if the user actuall buys the product you get commission...

I think I found the cause for my site being suspended. I was approved for the level 2 php at 9:03am (it is now 12:34am the next day) (still waiting on it) and Gallery is using too much resources so it triggers the suspension. It had said up to 12 hours, what is taking it so long?
