If you use a joomla template for your site, you can backup your site through that and then download the zip'd backup file from control panel:D

I've checked mysql databases tab and it shows no data >.< loreon_joomla 0.00 MB loreon_link 0.00 MB yet in phpmyadmin it shows loreon_joomla as having 78 files :confused:
