its very easy to get indexed in google every site manages but ur page rank is important and crucial but i dont think u need that u just want it to be indexed thats easy just register to google webmasters and submit and verifyyour website and add a site map thats all remember indexing can take...

joomla is the best just try it once u will love it u will find thousand of tuts on how to videos and help guides for doing anything in joomla which hardlt exists for any other cms and joomla is really powerful and easy to use and maintain

If u dnt have money go for gimp but if u have then photoshop in first case also u can get photoshop photoshop is much more powerful than gimp and easy to use i have working experience on both i think photoshop is easy to work as compared to gimp
