There needs to be a new announcement for server Boru. It would let people know that the admins are aware that server Boru is experiencing issues. Other support threads get pushed down by all the threads about Boru.

There needs to be some form of announcement concerning Boru. There are a lot of support requests for it and if people were told that the admins know there are issues with Boru it would help cut down on the number of support requests.
