I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work you guys have put into this. I'm pretty impressed by the level of service/support I have seen so far. I am a free user and my support ticket was answered in less than 24 hours. I'm excited to get my Wordpress blog up once PHP is re-enabled. :)

I think there is a huge lack of common sense these days. No, I mean it. I mean, on any forum you go to, anywhere, half of the time the questions people ask can be answered by Googling it, or searching around the appropriate places. But people these days, they just lack any self-respect or...

Everything is being shifted around and moved and all sorts of other crazy things right now. There probably isn't anything you can do except wait it out.

Totally agree here. iTunes is horribly bloated and buggy. They make crappy headphones and there are many superior alternatives to the iPod as well. I am using Winamp for my music. It's light and simple. A little confusing at first, but once you get used to it, it's wonderful.
