Yes they do. When you click on file manager, the pop up - pops up. At the bottom of it it says show hidden files. Check that box and you should now see the .htaccess

GD is to do with imaging libary i think. X10hosting uses GD 2

The payed are on a different server and is mostly always online but since they seem to be improving everything for past 2 months not surprised if paid is affected as well.

bugs: The registration form on the homepage of ur site is weird. I signed it took me to the forum registration page did it all filled in then it took me back to homepage i try sign in says make an account :P on homepage under login form says forgot password? create account - the create account...
