Happy to see that the MySQL issues have been solved. Any info on the php mail, though? Edit: My forum is working, but not my blog. So I guess some sites are working fine now- not all!

Actually, the errors for me started like maybe yesterday, or maybe before that. I was inactive for a while, but I do know it started yesterday for me.

Yeah, stoli is also having problems. Boss is the best has notified the admins..and it should be back soon! Maybe there's some hardware upgrade going on!

Getting the same error on my blog and forum. Using localhost, for note.

Not that error..but I am getting a database error while opening pages. They work on refreshes, too many. Something wrong with Chopin I must say. Would someone out there *please* report it ?

Usually, they post their updates here - http://status.x10hosting.com/ But no sign of php mail() function. I am having the same problem, and I doubt x10hosting's side! I am using SMF on Chopin, by the way.

I recently saw posts reporting more problem with php mail() function, one on chopin. Is this a server issue then? Anyone on Chopin using SMF and having this issue? Am I alone?

Well, I have a lot of packages (or extensions, or mods, you may say). But I don't think that has to affect the php mail thing. I had mods before 2 Feb as well! Edit: Those mods have nothing to do with the php mailing thing.

So I have this smf forum hosted here, and I want to use PHP mail to send out e-mails, like activation e-mails or birthday e-mails. I am aware that the limit is for 100 mails an hour (I suggest it should 120 mails an hour, since 1.6 mails a minute (or 100 mails an hour) is not really practical)...

Oh well, another day. Been trying for it since 2 weeks now! xD Anyway, will post tomorrow then. Same time probably.

Update: I used my co.cc domain as a parked domain, and it worked. Didn't take more than a minute. So nothing wrong with Chopin or co.cc or any DNS issues. But I really really want it as a main domain!

You're not alone. I'm using Wordpress 2.9.1 and on Chopin. It's slow since the website finished it's maintenance and all, it was speedy earlier!

So I have this account registered on co.cc as well as x10hosting. Now I have my site set up already, but now I want to link it to a co.cc domain (which has been registered, allowed by co.cc, and has the name servers of x10hosting.com). To verify, the nameservers are--> ns1.x10hosting.com...

Working here too..normal speed! I'm backing up, just in case...

I just checked the name servers..I wrote them wrong here..they are what you said on the co.cc website.. :happysad: Anyway..let's wait then
