I have it accepted by IBM and they are fine with what I'm doing. I got a personal thank you email from one of their developers and links to all their stuff is posted on their own forums! There is no reason to have my account suspended.

I tried changing my password but I still can't use FTP... However I can now get into my CPanel and MySQL is back up too! :)
