there is a spanish section here but 'leet' isnt a language it doesnt belong on a support forum, only hacker chat rooms and forums where everyone uses 'leet' you woudnt want a wedding or a business meeting done in 'ebonics' either so why use 'leet' on a formal site like this

meh the banner isnt really that 'busy' and there really isnt that much content not sure what the 'PE official site' link is either but that page doesnt match at all but tbh i dont think the big banner is really a problem
