Intentaré yo mañana resolver esto con ellos aunque la verdad veo dificil que un simple encargado de servicio telefónico lo resuelva. Igual sería cuestion de checar sus políticas sobre eso en internet y ver cual es el proceso de desbloqueo. Gracias por el aviso, lo atenderé.
