Support is not usually on one of these Forums. It's on a Ticket system. When you go thru the Account Portal you will see a drop down Tab for Support. Choose to make a ticket. The fixit fellas are pretty quick around here.

Really it comes down to support. Free stuff hardly ever has great support. x10Host does have. I tried 000webhost; bytehost; 20m; qupis; and there were banners, popups and no cPanel or worse no FTP but when it came down to it the Support was nowhere like you get here.

Usually all that is needed is patience. I have had this problem. If you wait for a day or so it should appear. If it doesn't appear go to the top of the Account portal and go along to the Support tag. It's a drop down. Open up the Ticket and explain your problem. The fixit guys are there and...

Maybe it's just patience. If you have uploaded with an FTP all your files go to public_html BUT it usually takes a day or sometimes more. That was my problem.....expecting an instant upload. An instant site takes hours. Good luck.
