Hi Dave, Are you installing phpBB from scratch or trying to install a phpBB forum that was held on a different server. Are you installing phpBB files directly into the root eg, mysite.10.mx or within a directory eg mysite.10.mx/phpBB3 or whatever.

As a quick fix you can do the following to hide the error untill the server admin figure out whats going on. Open the complaining file in a good editor like Notepad++ & navigate to the line number stated in the error, if theres more than 1 file in the errors above the header then you will have...
