Ok so I found my answer. and no it does not count logging in with the cPanel. But the issues that https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ had seems to be fixed thankfully. I am glad I figured it out now. :D

Did the https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ get fixed? A while ago it wasn't working and the only way I could log in was via the cPanel. If I log into the cPanel only will I be considered inactive?

Ok, I looked on wordpress.org for instruction and decided to start over and deleted the file wordpress. Now I need to understand how to create a MySQL Database. Do we have a wizard to do this?

Now what? How do I find the dashboard address? I used filezilla to upload and just uploaded the unzipped folder to the public_html folder. Is there something else I should have done?

Well that would be great, but now it says my login info is wrong. I have it copied and it is what I have been using.

It won't let me log in... it chokes and then just doesn't do anything. I tried in both firefox and chrome. When did they change the policies?
