    Server slow/Down often

    Is Stoli down often these days? Cause every once in a while (hour or so) DNS and Exim are down, and I can still connect to the site. Then it goes off compleatly, server load goes really high, and takes a few mins for it to load. Is everything alright with the server? Thanks ~Blaze
