I did what you told me and still not functioning correctly. The directories were already created before I created the user with the same directory name. Is this why that the FTP is not working?

Thank you for the response. That is currently what I have, FTP accounts set to the user's corresponding directory. The issue is that neither myself nor that user can access it via FTP because we both get a 530 authentication error. Other x10hosting staff have tried helping me (about 3 weeks ago)...

I'm currently back since about 2-3 weeks ago about the ftp account issue (and still isn't working as of this point). Still doesn't work. I deleted and re-created the FTP Account and I even copied the password after the re-created FTP Account was created. I tried the manual address name@ustream.x10hosting.com and FileZilla.

Tried both in FireFox and Internet Explorer and didn't work in either. It again does give me the dialog box and in FireFox, just keeps saying 530 authentication error and in Internet Explorer, just keeps displaying same dialog box over and over again.

Thanks for the fast response. So I was doing it correctly. What is the domain of the accessible ftp account? I know when I created a FTP Account, it asked me for the username/password but I didn't see any of that appear when I tried a bunch of ftp addresses. Thanks again.
