nope. Never seen this website in fact. But i must agree we had same idea (fluid header and fixed content. I hate fluid but then, i used my header fluid to test and then, i liked.

If your website is in php, there is nothing we can do just checking source-code since source just shows HTML, not any php codes. And btw, its nice to check the Error Log too.
