Is it possible to delete my hosting account? I didn't renew my domain name and I just want to start over.

I looked around and didnt see anything like this "An Error Has OccurredWhoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments." Is this a problem with my account or just somthing that is happening to everyone? Thanks for the help,

My domain is sourfacedcyclop.com, but when I try to log in it says "An Error Has Occurred Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments." Does anyone know why it does this? Thanks
