I want to use this script but im not sure if i would get into any sort of trouble or any type of suspension for using it. http://elgg.org/ would i be able to use this or would it bring up a high cpu suspension for high cpu??

I think that x10 needs to get rid of this darned high cpu suspension thing because those of us who like this website and would like to use it and also have a photo gallery like coppermine and use the batch file upload feature on it should be able to without getting a darned high cpu suspension...
